With over 23 years of learning and development experience, Don Rinderknecht is one of the foremost technology experts of the Oracle® Learn Cloud system (formally Learn.com and Taleo Learn). He has extensive knowledge of learning technology strategy, workflow configuration, deployment, curriculum development, and facilitation.

Don has led many learning technology projects, which include initial LMS implementation, expanded utilization, system training, integration design, and development and delivery of online courses and instructor led training, both virtual and in residence. Additionally, Don is an active thought leader, within the Oracle talent management community. He is the most recognized contributor to the Oracle® Applications Customer Connect community and has assisted hundreds of Oracle® Learn Cloud administrators in the community.

Continuing with his knowledge sharing, Don is also the co-founder of the Oracle® Learn Cloud Special Interest Group (SIG), for the Oracle® HCM User Group (OHUG) organization. This SIG holds valuable in-person and virtual events, which allows Oracle® Learn Cloud system administrators to share experiences, knowledge, and ideas.

Don is also an active speaker. He has given presentations at many conferences and technology events including Elliott Masie's Learning, Learn.com Empowerment, Taleo World, and the OHUG Global conference in both 2014 and 2015.

He is also a recipient of Learn.com's LearnCenter Administrator of the Year Award.
